- Passport
- Identification Card
Pro tip: An ID showing your current residential address may fast-track the verification process.
We require that all documents adhere to the following:
- Photo ID Document must have an expiry date and be valid at the time of submission.
- Front and back images must belong to the same ID card
- The ID must not be damaged
- The ID must be clearly readable
- Accepted file formats: pdf, jpeg, jpg, png
- The maximum file size is 25MB
Here are the steps to follow below:
- Sign into your Chumba Casino account.
- Click on the hamburger icon (three white lines) at the top right hand corner of your screen.
- Click the ‘Redeem’ button, from there you’ll be redirected to a page where you can upload your Photo ID, selfie, and documentation to verify your current residential address.
Name & address match
Make sure that your full name and current residential address match the info verified with your ID / bank. It may save you a lot of time and effort if you update your bank and personal details to match your documents before you try to verify.
Photo ID
You can use any of the following forms of Photo ID, valid:
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- Government-issued ID
Tips for taking photos
- Ensure all photos are in focus.
- Avoid using the flash setting on your camera, this can make some areas too bright and unreadable.
- Preview the photos before you send them. Make sure you can clearly read all the information.
- Do not have any filters set on your camera
Proof of address
Documents accepted as Proof of Address are:
- Utility bill (for example, gas water, electricity, phone, waste disposal)
- Government issued documents & correspondence
- Statement or Reference letter from financial institution
- Pay slip or Salary Statement
- Lease agreement
- Insurance document
Notes on submitting documents
Make sure the documentation you send:
- Is clearly readable
- Is issued within the last 6 months
- Displays your full name, address and date of issue
Some tips to remember when submitting your documents for verification:
- The document should be entirely visible, including all four corners, and must show your full name and current residential address and its date of issue.
- Documents must not be modified or tampered with in any way.
- Do not write on, draw on or make any alterations to your documents.
- Maximum file size for any single attachment is 25MB.
How long before my account is verified?
After you’ve successfully submitted your documents, our verification team will review your account and contact you via email with an update on the status of the verification.
We aim to process verification requests as quickly as possible, in the order we receive them. Once you’ve provided us with all documents required, we'll begin processing them and will send you a notification of your account status once the process is complete. This usually takes between 24-48 hours.
