Your redemption options
How to redeem
You can easily redeem your Sweeps Coins winnings by clicking on the “Redeem” button in the hamburger menu.
You can redeem in the following ways: to your bank account, to your Skrill account or as a gift card using Prizeout.
If you haven’t yet verified your account, you’ll need to do so before you can submit a redemption request. It’s a simple process; just follow the steps we mentioned above.
Once your account has been verified, you can submit a redemption request by clicking on the Redeem button. You'll see the options available to you. Follow the instructions below:
- Click on the hamburger menu at the top right of your screen.
- Click the REDEEM button.
- Your balance will display; you can then select how you would like to redeem your prize.
You can choose to redeem your prize in the form of a:
Gift voucher (Prizeout Gift Card)
Cash prize

How long do redemption requests take?
We always aim to process redemption requests as quickly as possible. Once we’ve processed your request, we send it directly to your bank. Please bear in mind that every bank has different processing times, so it’s difficult to predict the exact time frame it will take to clear in your account. It can take up to 10 business days for the funds to reach your account, excluding public holidays and weekends. You may wish to contact your bank about their processing times.

If it’s already been more than 10 business days and your prize winnings are still not in
your account, please contact our Customer Support Team and we'll investigate. When you
email us, please include the date of your redemption request and your registered email address so we can quickly locate your account and investigate your concerns.
How to cancel a redemption request
We all change our mind from time to time, so if you’ve submitted a redemption request but then have a change of heart, you may be able to cancel it by following these steps:
- Log in to your Chumba Casino account.
- Click on the hamburger icon (three white lines) in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
- This will open a side menu. Click the REDEEM button.
- Your pending redemption will display on the screen.
- You’ll be prompted with two options — if you’d like to keep the redemption, click ‘Keep it’. If you would like to cancel the redemption, simply click the ‘Cancel it’ button.
- Your Sweeps Coins will be returned to your account and a confirmation email detailing this cancelation will be sent to you.
- This canceled redemption request will now be shown in your Purchase and Prize history.
Please remember, you will only be able to see the status of prize redemptions via the Chumba Casino website, if you need history from an earlier date, please contact us here.
If you change your mind more than a couple of days after making the redemption request, we may have already processed your request. If you require assistance, please email our Customer Support Team who will be happy to help.
